Challenge

The existing platform suffered from disjointed workflows, with critical features buried under layers of menus. User testing revealed a drop-off during onboarding, and internal teams struggled to implement updates within the rigid legacy framework. Tetra needed a solution that could simplify data visualization and unify web and mobile interactions under a cohesive design system.

Outcome

Our redesigned interface reduced onboarding time by 65% and increased 30-day retention by 38%. The new design system enabled Tetra’s engineers to ship features 50% faster, while the refreshed marketing site (built in parallel) drove a 27% increase in demo requests. The project culminated in a component library and UX guidelines that continue to evolve with their product.
